This is the first part of our magazine front cover we decided to use the codes and conventions of one of the magazine covers we analysed about 'Sex and the City', including the colours red, black and white.
We wanted to make it quite simple with a white background to make the writing and the picture stand out. We are going to put a main picture under the headline to show a scene from the 'exclusive silent movie'.
We plan to add in another picture at the bottom to show the characters private life to make it seem more realistic, and give the readers what they want to hear. We will also put smaller font at the bottom around both the pictures to show we are including other stories inside the magazine, so that the readers will want to buy and read the rest.
