Why we may not be able to use Amelie's music?

When choosing the music for our trailer, we did not take into consideration copyright and the fact that without permission we cannot use the music we had chosen to use for our trailer. Therefore, I have managed to find an email adress for Amelie and have emailed asking for her permission, however I am aware that there is a good chance I will not hear back from her.
